On the weekend of 15-17 October the community’s radio service is very excited to be reporting live and providing travel updates from the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports’ Association Rally of Scotland, one of Scotland’s premier sporting events.
This is the penultimate round of the high-profile Intercontinental Rally Challenge and there will be global television coverage on Eurosport, including the local 12-mile Errochty stage.

Live Online
Even on a weekend away in Timbuktu - or relocating to Perth (Western Australia) - Highland Perthshire locals can now listen to their own radio service online. This has opened up the UK’s original smallscale radio station to worldwide family and friends to tune into simply by going to www.heartlandfm.co.uk .
Francesca Webster, pictured here at the recent BBC’s Antiques Roadshow recording with Fiona Bruce, told Comment: “Local businesses can reach over 69% of the radio listening audience in this area by advertising with us. Our high numbers of listeners, quick response times and low costs help to make us an effective and economical way to communicate all of your forthcoming events.
Francesca can be contacted at 01796 474040 . Her station slogan is ‘Tell Heartland - and we’ll tell Perthshire!’
